The monks, as well as a multitude of volunteers, are active in supporting the spiritual and missionary work, with the primary sacred goal of the asceticism and sanctification of the members of the Cenobium, as well as the spiritual and all kinds of help towards our fellow human beings.

The volunteers, monks or lay men and women, essentially observe the Orthodox Christian tradition, which always wanted friends and servants in the Monasteries and those Christians who “vowed” themselves to offer some voluntary work in the sacred spaces of the Holy Churches and Monasteries for the maintenance and operation and the organization of worship events.

The multitude of practical tasks required in everyday life, for the operation and maintenance of the Monastery’s building complex and the Holy Churches it includes, but also the camping activities for children, especially during the summer.
