The guesthouse supports the operation of the Conference Center and pilgrims. It often hosts executive retreats for executives, businessmen, and academics concerning strategic reflection, ethical leadership, inner renewal, as well as dialogue on faith.

The goal is the spiritual cultivation of pilgrims, after consultation with the monks for a special program of services, tours of the monastery premises, and spiritual contemplation.

The modern newly built guesthouses of the conference center accommodate 70 people, while the capacity of the dining room is 150 seats. Besides lounge areas, the outdoor area has gardens, a courtyard, and parking for over 300 vehicles.

They were completed in an autonomous modern building in 2020 and were subsidized for their completion by the Ministry of National Economy, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, and the Brotherhood of the Transfiguration of the Savior of Nafpaktos.
